Auberge Accommodation

The Auberge has six bedrooms, all with their own character. Every room has its own sink and three have ensuite facilities. With a choice of double or twin beds and one room offering a double and a twin bed we can offer flexibility to suit most requirements.

On the ground floor or the Auberge is the main room which consists of the restaurant, bar and a small lounge area next to the wood burning stove. This is also where we keep a wide range of maps and guides of the area for you to consult. The high ceilings and long windows make it possible to imagine the hotel in its original role as a Fromagerie. In more recent times it has also doubled up as the Village Cinema.

Beyond the main room is the Conservatory which overlooks the Arac River and the weir. It is the ideal place to relax with a good book and watch the ducks swim past. Outside is the riverside terrace, the garage, car park and a large lawn. In the garage we have room to store bikes, skis, gear etc and have a hot room for drying wet boots and coats.
