7 Days Pyrenean Cols Experience

which way? What is it? From our base at the Auberge de l'Arac in the Arac valley, the Pyrenean Cols Experience takes in many of the famous Pyrenean Cols and introduces you to one or two others that the Tour de France has not yet had the nerve to include… Sample Itinerary

Who is it for? With a flexible itinerary, this package is ideal for those wishing to get some pre-Etape training or even wanting simply to enjoy the experience of riding over some spectacular mountain passes. But you don't have to be a budding professional to enjoy this holiday. With group sizes limited to between 4 and 10 people, a steep climb!we adapt the itinerary to suit individual needs. So if your mountain experience to date is limited or even non-existent, this is the perfect place to get acquainted with the joys of riding the Pyrenean cols.

What are the benefits? This package enables you to concentrate on your riding while we take care of the logistics. You will be accompanied on all rides by an experienced rider who knows the cols and knows your ability. And, where possible, is riding alongside you, not more cols! shouting encouragement from the comfort of a support vehicle. A combination of small groups, personal attention and an itinerary that you can influence makes you feel part of a team rather than a tour group.

Accommodation? Because we keep group sizes small, everyone is accommodated in their own room in the Auberge in a choice of either en-suite accommodation or, for those on a budget, rooms with showers and sinks but shared toilets.
